DELAWARE COUNTY ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL SPONSORSHIPS - 2025-2026
The Delaware County Estate Planning Council offers sponsorship opportunities for the monthly meetings and two social events. A meeting Sponsor is welcome to distribute literature to each table, and (if pre-arranged with the Executive Director) to have a separate table with company sign or banner and literature in the reception area. Our membership includes Attorneys, CPA’s, CFP’s, Trust Advisors, Bankers, Senior Care Providers and Directors of Not-for-Profit Organizations. A representative of the Sponsoring Organization may make a brief presentation prior to dinner, upon introduction by the presiding DCEPC Officer. Since the Holiday Party and Post Tax event with the Chester County Council are purely social events, that Sponsor may wish to adjust a brief presentation accordingly.
Sponsors will be noted in the meeting announcements. Prior to the dinner meeting the Sponsor will be given the number of estimated attendees. One complimentary dinner is included and additional sponsor attendees pay the member price. The Sponsorship will be featured as a banner on the council’s homepage and their website will be linked to the DCEPC site (www.dcepc.org) and their logo, if provided to us, will appear on this site. Maximum (and recommended) size for images is 1238 x 326 pixels, and all images should be the same height. Email JPEG logos to: donnawillis@kaolawassociates.com
A yearly student sponsorship for $250.00 is also available that subsidizes the dinner fee for local university students in law, accounting, trust and financial planning fields.
The DCEPC provides a valuable networking opportunity for planning professionals. We find that the most powerful and memorable Sponsor presentations are specific, brief and to the point.
