DELAWARE COUNTY ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL
2026/2027 Sponsorships

 

The Council offers sponsorship of its monthly meetings and two social events. Our members are attorneys, CPAs, CFPs, trust advisors, bankers, senior care providers, and directors of not-for-profit organizations.

Each meeting sponsorship includes:

 

  • Recognition in the meeting announcements
  • Literature distributed to each table
  • A separate table in the reception area with your company sign or banner, if arranged in advance with the Executive Director
  • A brief presentation before dinner, introduced by the presiding DCEPC officer
  • One complimentary dinner; additional attendees from your organization pay the member price
  • An estimated attendee count before the meeting
  • A banner on the DCEPC homepage, a link to your website, and your logo on dcepc.org

 

The Holiday Party and the Post-Tax Joint Social with the Chester County Council are purely social, so sponsors may want to adjust their remarks accordingly. The most effective presentations are specific and brief.

  • Logos: Email JPEG files to donnawillis@kaolawassociates.com. Maximum and recommended size is 1238 x 326 pixels, and all images should be the same height.

  • Student sponsorship: A $250 yearly sponsorship subsidizes dinner fees for local university students in law, accounting, trust, and financial planning.
