This program will present the many uses trusts have in estate planning and the opportunities available for our clients to achieve their estate distribution goals.

Mr. Perkins -, BA, JD, LLM (Tax), CPA, has been practicing as a transactional attorney for over twenty-five years.  He is a principal shareholder in the Gibson & Perkins firm and also a member of the faculty of the Graduate Tax Program of the Villanova Law School. In that program he currently teaches “The Drafting Fundamentals of Estate Planning Documents” – a course that he developed for the program and which is now required for all those seeking the Program’s Certificate in Estate Planning. In the past, he has taught “Comparative Taxation of Business Entities”, “Federal Estate and Gift Tax”, “Estate Planning”, “Tax Research”, “Taxation of Individual Taxpayers”, “Taxation of Corporations and Partnerships”, “Advanced Tax Accounting”, and “State and Local Taxation.”   Mr. Perkins has taken his knowledge of tax online and is the founder and president of YourOnlineProfessor.net, a Web-based provider of CPE credit for CPAs.
