Chari M. Alson, Esq., CELA
Chari M. Alson, is a Certified Elder Law Attorney and a Senior Attorney with Anderson Elder Law.  Chari has been practicing in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and elder law since 2003. She is experienced in all aspects of estate administration and also provides assistance with special needs planning matters involving both First-Party and Third-Party Trusts as well as uncontested Orphan’s Court matters, including guardianships.  Chari serves as the Co-Chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Delaware County Bar Association, is a board member of the Chester County Estate Planning Council, is a co-Editor of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section Newsletter and is a member of the NAELA News Editorial Board.  Chari has been a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and has presented at numerous professional education seminars and to community groups on a wide variety of elder law and estate planning topics. Chari holds a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from the American Bankers Association (ABA) and is a member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).   Chari earned her juris doctor degree from Temple University, her Master’s in Public Health and Gerontology Certificate from Boston University School of Public Health, and her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.  She lives in Garnet Valley with her two daughters.
 
Christina B. Roberts, Esq.
Christina Breslin Roberts joined Pappano & Breslin in January of 2015. Her practice areas include drafting estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, special needs trust, general powers of attorney, advanced health care documents and living wills. Christina recently joined the Delaware County Estate Planning Council in 2022 as a board member serving a three year term. She is thrilled to be part of one of the oldest estate planning councils in the state which gives her additional resources for her clients and the firm.   Christina also has experience administering and probating large and small estates in Delaware, Chester and Montgomery County. Prior to joining the firm, Christina was an associate at the law firm of Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia, PA. At Morgan Lewis, Christina was part of the litigation department where she represented and defended companies in product liability and mass tort litigation. She was also actively involved in pro-bono work, spending the majority of her time doing work for the Support Center for Child Advocates.  Ms. Roberts received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond in 2000 and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2003. Christina was born and raised in Media, Pa. where she currently resides with her husband, Jason and four children.  She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware County Bar Associations.
 
Kathleen Breslin, MA., MS., Psy.D    Licensed Psychologist/Neuropsychologist                                                           .
.Dr.  Breslin is a board certified neuropsychologist and licensed psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. She earned her undergraduate and master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She then went on to complete a master’s degree and doctorate from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her neuropsychological training at Jefferson University Hospital, Moss Rehab Hospital, and the Penn Memory Center. She completed her doctoral internship in clinical neuropsychology at Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Hospital. She received her post-doctoral training in the department of Neurology at the University of Virginia Health System where she specialized in working with adults and older adults with neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and Multiple Sclerosis. Dr. Breslin also has specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and was a teacher’s assistant for Dr. Arthur Freeman. She is also a certified brain injury specialist. Research interests include epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease, and factors that impact neuropsychological performance.
