TOPIC:    Phew, Phew and Phew....Paycheck Protection Program Panel Discussion
MODERATOR: Hollie McDonald, an experienced panel and Zoom moderator will moderate the panel, take questions from the audience as well as share the panelists’ materials.  
PANELISTS:   Stella Economidis of Leitzell & Economidis,   PA State Senator Tom Killion, 
                        Kenneth Kramer, EVP & CCO of First Resource Bank and Gianluca Santinelli of Supporting Strategies 

Our panel of experts will be discussing PPP forgiveness and other options for assistance on a state/federal level that may be available at the time of this program as follows:

Stella and Gianluca will take the attendees through the PPP forgiveness process (as of October 2020) as well as briefly touch on any additions to PPP that may occur during the second round of the pandemic.  As things change almost daily, they will provide an update as of October 9, 2020. 
Ken will address how the forgiveness process is progressing as well as ideas to help businesses that need funding.  
Tom will discuss what the PA Senate is hearing from their constituents across the state with regard to business owners concerns and what resources are available at the state level.  


MODERATOR:  Hollie McDonald is the owner of McDonald Mobile LLC and a past president of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council.  She is a graduate of West Chester University (Phi Alpha Theta) and had a successful banking career for over twenty years. Hollie focuses her business on helping businesses and non-profits with strategy, organization, and building strategic partnerships.  

PANELISTS: 

Stella Economidis is a shareholder with Leitzell & Economidis in Media, PA.  Her firm is one of the only female owned firms in the region.  A graduate of Villanova University, she has been practicing as a CPA for over twenty-five years and specializes in working with family owned businesses, local municipalities, and non-profit organizations.                   

Tom Killion is PA state senator for the 9th district covering parts of Chester and Delaware Counties.  He previously served in the PA House of Representatives and Delaware County Council.  He is chairman of the Senate Community, Economic & Recreational Development Committee.  Tom was formerly a stock broker and Certified Financial Planner and utilized that experience on reform to the state pension system.  He is a graduate of Penn State University. 

Kenneth R. Kramer is an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at First Resource Bank overseeing the credit quality of the bank’s loan portfolio, developing loan policy, structuring credit facilities and interacting with examiners, auditors and regulators.  He oversaw the Bank’s participation in the SBA Paycheck Protection Program.  Ken received his B.S and MBA from Lehigh University and attended the Southwestern University Graduate School of Banking. 

Gianluca Santinelli, MACC, CPA is Managing Director and founder of Supporting Strategies in Wilmington, DE which provides his clients with improved financial processes, reduced costs and increased profitability and cash flow through automation.  He started his career at Ernst & Young after earning his Master of Accounting and Professional Consulting and B.S. degrees in Accountancy and Finance from Villanova University.
